If you choose SMS consent, we also retain evidence of that choice, including the phone number, date and time, form page, source, and the disclosure text shown when consent was given.

How we use information

• Send SMS messages only after valid SMS consent

iOS learner app

The Synoro Academy iOS app uses the same learner account as the website. In that app we may also process:

• Sign-in credentials and session tokens stored on the device
• A device token used to limit concurrent sessions
• Course progress, notes, quiz attempts, and certificates
• A profile photo or support-ticket screenshot if you choose to attach one

Photos stay on your device until you upload them. We do not use the camera or photo library for advertising.

SMS and mobile information

When you separately opt in, we may send webinar reminders, registration confirmations, and messages about your inquiry or application. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers and disclosures

We may use service providers for hosting, communications, support, security, and related operations. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
